That the customer has the right to cancel the order for any reason, within seven working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Therefore there is a 'cooling off period' of seven working days, starting the day after receipt of the order. The customer may return the goods (at their expense & in original condition and packaging and with all seals intact) to us at any time up until the seventh working day has elapsed.
